Mr Cab driver – the sequel
Finding a cab in Paris, as some of you may know, is often a hard task.
That’s the first test, then you have to sit in someone’s car,
and as with any corporation I guess, that someone can be nice or not.
Some are silent, some are annoying, some are nice, and some are amazing.
As you might remember (if not, it’s HERE), my taxi drivers always look like a famous french actor.
Tonight he (David) looked like the twin of Zinedine Soualem,
a guy who’s always in Cedric Klapisch films.
But like, really.
Here’s Soualem :

Him : “Where are you going ?”
Me : ” Barbes, please.
- Is that an iPhone you’re using ?
- Yup.
- Is it any good ?
- Well I used to have a shit phone for years, and I had to step up, and yes I quite like it.
- With that you go on the internet, right ?

- Could you plug speakers to youtube ?
- Basically this is also an Ipod so I guess you could plug the phone to speakers,
and then go on youtube and play stuff loud.
- Yes, I don’t have a computer, but at my father’s I found out you can listen to any music on youtube.
- It’s true, besides the video aspect of it, a lot of people use it this way. Everything’s on there.
- Yeah not like these other things… like… Desert !

- Yeah, well, all this stuff, Emule etc they don’t have the good stuff.

- can you go online ? Youtube ?
Me : Sure.
